Now We’re Cookin’

I really think Julia Childs and I would have been best friends if we ever met.  I also think I could be best friends with a food-obsessed, paleo chef named Juli.  Although she doesn’t love butter quite as much as Julia (unless its grass fed), I obsessively read her blog, paleOMG, and recently, S and I have been putting our little German kitchen to the test with her recipes.  Her approach to food is that she eats what makes her body feel good, which is usually, but not strictly, paleo, and enjoys every bite, including dessert!  Plus she’s hilarious.  I’d love to cook my way through her blog, à la Julie and Julia, but I keep going back to my favorite recipes.  They’re so easy and alway delicious, so I wanted to share a few of them with you here:

Pumpkin Cashew Coconut Curry over Coconut Rice

Sweet and Sexy Wings

Coconut Ginger Mushroom Chicken

Coffee Marinated Steak Fajitas

Carrot Fries with Garlic Aioli

I also love Michelle at Nom Nom Paleo and can’t wait to try her sister’s recipe for Grilled Green Chicken.

Guten Appetit!
